Standards For Safe Planning
Work at height needs planning under the Work at Height Regulations 2005. Work equipment suitability, maintenance and training fall within PUWER 1998, while lifting operations and examination requirements are addressed by LOLER 1998.
Those duties are applied to the actual equipment and operation. A training card or examination report does not replace the site assessment, handover or daily checks needed for the job.
